At Shoyoroll, we stand by the quality of our premium jiu-jitsu gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition releases and kimonos that have been laundered or worn during training are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original bag with all tags attached, ensuring the kimono or apparel is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for signs of wear or washing, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
